Smartie girl is ALL smiles! You can’t help but smile yourself when you meet this funny lady. Smartie is one of the friendliest dogs we’ve ever had, making human and doggie friends wherever she goes! She still has quite the zest for life, so we think Smartie will do best in an active home outside of the city that’s not ready to settle down any time soon.
Smartie’s foster mom says this special girl is housebroken!
We think Smartie is 9 years young, weighing about 15 lbs.
