Shagster is a loving and special Bearded Collie mix with a big story to tell. This boy was found in Nevada City severely matted and neglected. His condition was so bad that we guess he hasn’t been groomed in years. Luckily, the loving shelter in Grass Valley found this boy and immediately got him groomed. He is looking and feeling 100X better already and will only improve with time and more love! Shagster is lovable and sweet. He is very mellow and prefers quiet spaces. He does well with dogs of all sizes and can’t wait to find a home to call his own!
Shagster is about 12 years young and weighs 50 pounds. Due to his advanced age, arthritis, and chronic cough, Shagster is part of our Hospice Care Program.
