Poet may be one of the happiest dogs this side of the Mississippi. Yes, she’s been a bit neglected and somehow ended up at the Fremont shelter as a stray. But she doesn’t dwell on this, she’s just happy to be alive!
She is good with dogs, cats and older children.
We are working on cleaning her up, slimming her down and getting her skin and fur back to beautiful.
Around 10 years old, she is playful, gets around great and enjoys going for walks. She even loves to run. At the same time, she is also happy being a couch potato.
Poet just loves people, gives hugs and kisses and will be a wonderful companion.
