NO Way!! Blue eyed shihtzu, what a knock out. And she is as gorgeous inside as outside. Panda is her name and she will leap into your lap and into your heart, too. She is good with dogs and cats, too.
We all love her and can’t understand how someone could give up on this wonderful little muffin!! We think she is 8 years old and she weighs 8 pounds.
