Nessa is an adorable Papillon whose owner passed away. Now, this adorable girl is looking for a new best friend. Could it be you? Nessa is very social and sweet. She does great with other dogs, rarely barks, is house-trained, and loves meeting new people. Like most Papillons she is very loyal and would love a companion to spend her golden years with. Nessa is about 11 years young and weighs 16 pounds.
Nessa’s foster home writes, “Nessa may be a senior, but she is a CUTE as any puppy! It’s all in the eyes, her small and stout body and her gorgeous hair! Nessa is super laid back. She has no problem with other people, dogs and a baby in the house. She loves to lay on the floor wherever people are and she likes walking around to check out what her people are doing. She enjoys the fresh air, smelling plants and watching my dogs running around. She walks somewhat slowly because of some stiffness, but I’ve seen her run to the water bowl or try to catch up with everyone else! She enjoys the dog park and car rides and my family loves having her around. Attention, exercise and being in a home environment is helping Nessa transition from grieving a very hard loss, to letting herself live again. She has sooo much personality in her eyes that when I’m not around her, I find myself missing her. She’s low-key and as sweet as can be. She now wags her tail when she sees us, progress! I love having her around and I know her next family will adore her as much as her first!”
