Henry is a gentle, loving, tail wagging companion who gets along with cats, kids of all ages, and other dogs.
The 9 year old pooch was about to be put to sleep in a So Cal shelter, but was saved by his networking buddies who raised money and provided transport for him to come to Muttville. When he arrived, he had a growth the size of a baseball on his jaw and rotten teeth. After 13 teeth were pulled and the growth removed, he has become a new dog – he has a great “welcome home” dance, loves leaning his head against your legs, and is learning to play.
He has hypothyroidism which was previously untreated and caused weight gain – with meds and daily walks the weight is coming off.
He is housetrained, microchipped, and vaccinated and would be a happy addition to any home!
