Schnauzer all-star, Granite came to Muttville from Oakland Animal Services. Animal Control of Oakland took this sweetheart away from his family who was abusing him and got in touch with Muttville, hoping we could give him a second chance.
You would never know that Granite came from such a horrible home. He is one of the sweetest dogs at the Muttville headquarters and he wouldn’t harm a fly. He is very mild mannered and loves to say hi by putting his face near yours.
Granite is 10-12 years old, and would not do well in a home with stairs as his back legs are not as strong as they probably once were. This sweetie pie deserves nothing but the best, especially since he never had a loving family to begin with. We want to see Granite’s last years filled with lots of love, snuggling and kisses.
