Do you have children? This dog sparkles with children! – Beatrice is an 8 year old purebred black tri collie. She was found scared and abandoned by a rural road with her basset hound friend Stanley (no longer available) and taken to the Merced shelter. Muttville was able to step in and save her – she has the “hips of a young dog” as the vet said. Beatrice is loving, walks easily on a leash, has a soft and rare bark, and gives you the comfortable feeling of being with an old friend. She would love to go to a home where a family can enjoy snuggling her soft fur and receiving her gentle kisses. She is to be cherished!

We’re delighted to report that Beatrice is currently in a loving and caring home. Thanks to all the wonderful friends of Muttville who helped to make this happen.
