Our sweet sensitive Dewey is 11 years young. This poodle came from the domestic violence hotline. When he arrived at Muttville, Dewey was in horrible shape, matted, neglected and a bit shy. He has blossomed so much in his short time here and is sure to blossom moe. Dewey loves people and other dogs, too. He likes car rides and walks in the park; care to join him?

Porgy & Bess (Chiweenies | Female | Size: small)

These two super happy, sweet girls were saved in the 11th hour. When Muttville heard how happy they were we couldn’t imagine them getting euthanized! Porgy and Bess are 2 chi mixes, and they are happy, happy to be with all people and other dogs. These cuties have very nice house manners and are gentle. We think they are about 10 years old but they are pretty active. If you want two dogs whose tails wag like crazy and have big smiles on their faces (and who doesn’t?), they are the ones for you!

Spanky is a spunky little guy….weighing in at around 7lbs, he was very weak and disoriented when he arrived 2.5 weeks ago. Now with good diet, plenty of exercise and rest, he’s doing much better. He’s very friendly with all other dogs and with people, and now that he’s feeling better, he greets me with enthusiasm and wants to play. Misty is an extremely calm, gentle, and sweet blue-eyed gal. This lovely lady adores children – she slept in bed with her previous owner’s child. She’s a quiet dog with perfect indoor manners: she doesn’t bark, is housetrained, and low key. She’s also great on leash. This gal is deaf, but it doesn’t hamper her love for life.
