Willie Nelson is a handsome pup who comes to us all the way from Kings County. Despite being found as a stray, he is slowly starting to come out of his shell and is showing himself to be a lovely senior dog.
Willie is a calm, laid-back guy who would love a mellow place to call home. He enjoys bonding with people and is great with other dogs, too. He’s still getting his bearings, but we know he’ll flourish once he knows he’s in a forever home. Give this sweet guy a chance, you won’t regret it!

Willie is a sweet and affectionate pup! He was a little shy the first day, but quickly warmed up. He is quiet and loves to snuggle next to you on the couch. He is a good leash walker & is excited but a wee bit unsure when going out for walks. Gentle assurance keeps him moving. He has good energy, but seems to prefer snuggles than walks. He is good with other dogs and seems to get along ok. Willie is housebroken, but should be taken out regularly with a routine. He is excited to see me when I get home and loves to sit companionably by my side in the evening. He is a loving and true companion who will add joy to any household.
