Tootsie Pop is as sweet as candy! She’s perfect. This little easy-keeper loves walking, cuddling, sniffing, and doing whatever you are doing! She hasn’t met a person or dog she doesn’t like, and is also a real chum with cats. She LOVES to be pet and will soak up as much love as you have to give. She was found lost and alone in Stockton before making her way to Muttville. And she appears to have been neglected, which took a toll on her fluffy blond hair. She lost some of it around her back-end but that is growing in beautifully now and she’s a real looker! Tootsie is ready to get pampered, loved, and spoiled. She can’t wait to find her forever home to spend her golden years getting all the love her little heart can handle!
We think Tootsie Pop is 11 years young, weighing about 10 lbs.
