Lucky Lou was found running down 19th Avenue, dragging her two back legs, and brought to San Francisco’s Animal Care & Control. She previously lived with a homeless man with mental difficulties who was incapable of taking care of her. When other options for placement fell through, Muttville stepped in and brought this lucky lady home. We set her up with an orthopedic system to help her walk, and we find that the more exercise and activity she gets, the easier it is for her to get around. And get around she does!

Sadly, Lucia has passed away. But thanks to some great friends of Muttville, she spent her final time in a wonderful home.
