Distinguished Rupert found himself at a high kill shelter and out of time when Muttville stepped in and gave this little guy another chance. He is approximately 8 years old, housebroken and doesn’t bark. He is currently in a foster home with other dogs but Rupert would be just as happy to be your only love. He is always up for a car ride, a leisurely stroll or just spend the day sleeping by your feet.
