Rooty is so glad to be joining the ranks of Muttville after traveling all the way from the rural town of Lovelock, NV! Despite all the change he’s been through in recent weeks, he’s a calm as can be and doing a wonderful job of adjusting to his new surroundings.
At 5 lbs, Rooty is a pocket sized 10 year old, but he loves the outdoors and has no trouble keeping up on walks or handling short flights of steps. He’s great with his foster brother Freddie, a fellow senior Pom, and peacefully co-exists with his feline foster sister, Ginger.
Rooty loves to be around people and cuddle up to you on the couch and in bed, but he’s also content to lay quietly by your side when it’s time to work. He’s a good traveler and enjoys looking out the window and watching the world go by. Rooty is an adorable little man and we think that he is sure to bring his new family happiness every day!
