Rocky Balboa is an adorable, pocket-sized pup who was found as a stray in Sacramento. What he lacks in size he makes up for with his loving personality and charming good looks. Rocky loves people and other dogs- he even lived with large dogs and was said to do great! Rocky is outgoing, spunky, and loves exploring. He enjoys spending time in his cozy bed or on your lap. We know Rocky would make an awesome buddy!
Rocky is about 10 years young and only weighs 3.6 pounds!

Rocky Balboa is the sweetest, tiniest dog alive who loves to cuddle and be held! While he is good on leash and enjoys being outside, he seems to prefer lounging in blankets and beds for most of the day. He loves other dogs, big and small!Great with cats as well! He is happy to meet new people and does not seem too frightened of anything! He whimpers when he wants to go outside, which is a helpful indicator. He howls when he misses you and his little tongue sticks out, making sure he is the cutest dog in the room at all times.
