Radar

His name is Radar, he is a sweet, shy boy, & looks like a tiny King Charles Spaniel.
He is partially blind but get around very well. He loves to be held like a baby
and likes to go on walks, too. He likes other dogs and is gentle and loving.
We think he is about 8 yrs old and he weighs about 6 pounds.
