OMG, Little Pico could win the ugly dog contest. But at the same time, he’s so endearing and tiny. See for yourself! Watch this little video of Pico! At only about 3 pounds, he’s a perfect lap warmer. He thinks he is bigger and is not fearful but not yappy, either. Due to his appearance, the shelter aged Pico much older than we think he really is. We think he’s probably about 12 years old. He’s still very active. Pico lacks teeth and his lower jaw is non-existent too. This tiny tot will get adopted quickly on charm. We know that inside he has a heart of gold!!
