Meet Nathan! This adorable poodle comes to us all the way from Merced County. Sadly, he was found as a stray and no owner ever claimed him. Despite this rough transition, Nathan is just as sweet as can be! He loves to cuddle and be held and thinks everyone is his new best friend. This gentle guy also does well with dogs of all sizes and is very social. Nathan is mellow and laid-back. He’s the perfect senior pup!
Nathan is about 11 years young and weighs 12 pounds.
Due to heart disease and other medical conditions, Nathan is available for adoption through Muttville’s hospice care program.

Nathan is sweet and super mellow! He is calm, intelligent, and very gentle. He is quiet and definitely not a barker (haven’t heard him bark at all!). He is curious about his surroundings. Nathan really perked up when he got to our house. He loves trotting around and exploring our backyard and house! He walks nicely on the leash. Nathan enjoys meeting other dogs. He has some difficulty going up stairs but is calm and appreciates when we give him a lift up!Nathan seems to be house-trained, no accidents in the house or car.
