Mugsy is one of those Shih Tzu dude’s not to be passed up! Full of life, this guy loves everyone and is such a social little sprocket. He loves to be in the mix, and adores his walks in the neighborhood. He would love the beach even better we bet. Mugsy is 9 yr and 12 lb, and looking to be the man about town.
