Missy May

Missy May

sheltie, american eskimo mix
Female
Medium (20-50 lbs)
Status: Adopted

Missy has a sad story to tell. She’s spent her whole life (all 10 years of it) tied up in a backyard in Merced. No walks, no exercise, no human companionship, no love or affection. A good samaritan convinced Missy’s owners to surrender her and now Missy is getting a 2nd chance at a better life.
Missy is a Sheltie mix, probably with a little American Eskimo thrown in. She weighs 33 pounds but should be around 25. Regular exercise will take care of that. Missy is so happy to be free of her chain and to see and smell (not hear – she’s deaf) everything that the world has to offer. Everything is new and exciting to her: walks, rides in the car, being in the house with people, tummy rubs! Missy gets along with all people, dogs and cats.
