Mara Lexi is an adorable girl who comes to us from the city shelter here in San Francisco.
Sadly, her owners could not keep her due to issues with their landlord so they gave her, and her two underage puppies, to the shelter. Mara was a wonderful mom and both her puppies were adopted, but now mom needs her happy ending! Mara Lexi is outgoing, loving, and very sweet. She loves meeting new people and immediately jumps into your lap. She loves to be held and clearly trusts people. Mara Lexi is also great on leash and loves being outdoors. She has lots of pep in her step and would make an awesome adventure buddy. Mara is just about the sweetest girl, not to mention how adorable she is! Come meet her soon!
Mara Lexi is 9 years young and weighs 8 pounds.

She has lots of energy & would make a great adventure buddy. She likes to walk fast in front of you. Mara is relaxed with other dogs. She is also house-trained & hasn’t had any accidents inside the house. She loves to eat homemade chicken with rice & loves to nap anywhere near you, preferably on your lap.
