Meet Mandy! This adorable girl comes to us all the way from Sacramento. Sadly, her owner was unable to care for her due to their declining health. Understandably, Mandy is a bit confused about all the recent changes in her life. She is still coming out of her shell and learning to trust us, but we can tell she will blossom once she knows she is safe and loved. Mandy is a shih tzu so she’s hypoallergenic and very loyal. She does well with other dogs, likes going for walks, and loves to be held. We can’t wait to see this girl find a forever home where she can spend her golden years!
Mandy is about 11 years old and weighs 20 pounds.
