Maggie, sweet our Maggie! She and her Dad had a great life for 10 years, they lived on a boat together and she was so cherished. Unfortunately, her dad passed away and now Maggie is in a loving foster home.
We’re looking for a new love for Maggie, someone to bring a smile to this nice girl’s face. Maggie has been so polite with every human but needs a home to call her own. She is a quiet girl that asks for so little.
She really, really loves her canine companions. Her tail starts going about a mile a minute when she meets a new doggy friend. maggie needs help getting around due to two back knee injuries, so a home with few or no stairs would be perfect. She is gentle on leash, too.
Maggie loves children but due to some food guarding issues we are looking for a home with no small children.
Maggie is about 10-12 years old, weighs 60 pounds, and is soft as velvet. She’s a svelte Shepard mix!
