Milo

HI, my name is Milo and I am a victim of the mortgage meltdown. I have been tossed around and I am a little bit nervous, but I am ready to be in a home that is mellow with someone who will let me know everything is OK. I am already feeling better just to get out of that shelter with all those big barking dogs! I only weigh 6 pounds and 8 years old.

China

My name is China and my mom passed away, no one from her family wanted me so I went to the shelter! I was scared but Muttville came in and scooped me up and promised me I would have a great new home. I am about 9 years old and a little chubby for my breed. I am a lover and a cuddler and I like people and other dogs, too. Can I share your bed??

Bart

Bart and Echo, also posted, came in together. they ended up at the shelter after their papa got transferred to Korea. They are the sweetest, mellow duo. They would be a great addition to almost any household! We wuold like to adopt these two together. So, if you want a ready made family, these house trained and well loved dogs are the ones for you!

Echo

Echo is so happy, her little nubbin of a tail just never stops wagging. She is easy going, so sweet and loving... we had a difficult time imagining someone abandoning her! she is house trained, great with other dogs and all the humans she meets. Echo ddoes take a thyroid pill daily and has dry skin issues from that condition. she will make anyone a very loving companion!!

Blanche

Blanche is one of those little girls that loves to be held like a baby, oh so sweet. She has had it rough but is now in a loving foster home and awaiting just right person that will shower her with love. She is about 8 years old, a very quiet girl who lives to snuggle with you. Please let us know if you are looking for a little princess to call your own!

Captain Jack

Captain Jack has had a life of hard knocks, by the look of him you would think he was a mean old guy...but guess what? He is as sweet as they come. And his luck has changed also, now that he is here at Muttville. His foster mom said he slept all night in her bed and gets along great with all the other dogs. He is about 10 years old, he has lost one eye but the other works just fine. It is his turn to get all the love he has missed in his life!

Muffin

Muffin's in great shape for a 10 year old toy poodle, he's neutered, recently had dental care, all shots current. But the best part about Muffin is he's the sweetest, most loving little guy in town. Muffin was left at a bus stop in Oakland Hills, he was wandering around looking for his owner, who obviously dumped the little guy. A wonderful neighborhood lady took Muffin in and took care of all his vet needs, so he's ready for his forever home. He's great with other dogs, good little walker, great lap dog, very quiet, he hasn't barked yet. He's tiny, weighs less than 10 pounds, recently groomed and looking good.

Sara

Sara was a lucky girl to have come here, a true success story. A wonderful gentleman was waiting for a little girl just like her and adopted her immediately!

Pepper

Pepper was dumped at the animal shelter by his family. He is very obese and wins the Mr. Personality award for funniest dog here. He is a lover and looks a bit like a seal. Pepper has a tumor on his foot that is inoperable, so we are hoping that someone with a big heart will take this cute guy and give him all the love he deserves while he is here! He is housetrained and a big cuddle baby! Pepper got a new and forever home today!! The most giving wonderful woman took him home and will look after him for the rest of his life!

Mammie

Mammie is the most lovable dog you'll meet! She's very smart and is fully house-trained. She gets along great with other dogs and enjoys long walks. Mammie loves to play in backyards and is excellent at taking baths. She would enjoy a quiet peaceful environment to relax in. She easily adapts to schedules and loves car rides.She is a lap dog and loves to be held like a baby. Mammie will make a great companion and you'll fall in love with her instantly!
