Auggie

We have all fallen forAuggie, You will too, if you meet him. Auggie came here from the Monterey Shelter, covered in ticks and a tumor over his eye. He is the softest, sweetest little guy! He has been neglected for a long time but we will be getting him back on track. His tail hasn't stopped wagging since he arrived here! Auggie is about 10 years old, he is a mellow boy that loves just about everyone. Auggie is such a muppett, he is about 15 pounds with long legs and a skinny little body.He would be best in a mellow household, he does like his walks. He is housetrained and is not a barker. He would be great company for anyone that is willing to give him love to the fullest!

Skippy

Check out this cutie! He has huge ears and a huge heart. He is an active little guy and likes other dogs, though he can be a bit shy.We think he is about 6 years old and he weighs about 8 pounds. He curls up nicely with you and seems to be housetrained, though he may have a few mistakes. He likes walks and pets.Skippy would thrive in an adult household , that will shower him with lots of love!

Missy

Look at her face, she is so worried, we just got her from the shelter in San Jose where she was dumped by her owner. She will tug at your heart, Missy loves to be held and cuddled. She is very healthy for her 12 years. She is very polite, she is OK with toher dogs but does get nervous around larger ones. She is lookng for a lap to relax in and a warm and loving home!

Kirby

Kirby is a very sweet and outgoing senior(15 years old. He loves people and cuddles. His father is moving into a place where they can't have dogs. He says he will be willing to support Kirby's medical expenses.

Annie

Annie is so sweet and we are so lucky to have her as a Muttville girl. She was dumped at the shelter in Oakland and was a favorite of the volunteers there. In fact one of them decided to foster her for us. She is a super cuddly and easy going girl. She has some hair loss due to flea allergies.

Bishop

Bishop's a great mellow easy going senior black lab, perfect personality for somebody looking for companionship and lots of love. Bishop doesn't require long walks, just lots of love, maybe a backyard so he can do his business and hang out in the sun. He'd love short walks and being with his human companion. Bishop doesn't mind other dogs but don't expect him to play and I doubt if he'd put up with a puppy, just too much energy. Frankie

Frankie is our miracle dog! He is lucky that a good samaritan found him, covered in foxtails, abcesses and maggots, took him to the shelter where they did surgery on his head and neck to save him. Now he is a very lucky boy to have landed at Muttville! Frankie is one of the gentlest and softest dogs to ever come to Muttville, he does have a heart murmur and is on heart meds, he would like a calm and gentle person to take care of him, he sure does return it!!

Charlie 2nd

Charlie is super sweet and easy, we can't believe he was a stray in Stanislaus Co.- but he was! and in urgent need of being rescued. Due to his age- approximately 9 years old, he was going to be euthanized! He is fine with all our dogs here and seems healthy. He has not been to the vet yet...we will keep you posted!

Oscar 2

My name is Oscar and I'm looking for a warm and loving person who has room in his/her heart and house for a sweet senior dog,That's me!!! I'm 11 years old and was given away by my owner because they got a younger dog and we just didn't get along! I pretty much ignore the other dogs, I LOVE to swim, too. I am almost perfect!, I am also housetrained and love to lay at your feet while you work or watch TV. Please think about giving me love in my golden years, I promise to return it with gusto...I can't believe my family threw me out...I was always good to them! Moxie

Moxie is an adorable love muffin, so sweet and cuddly. thanks to your donations, Moxie got all her surgeries out of the way and guess what, no cancer!! She is about 7 years old and is fine with other animals but loves to get tons of attention! That's not hard, just look at that face! Her foster parents says she will steal your heart, she stole theirs but they are unable to give her a permanent home. She is the kind of dog that you will want to carry around and snuggle with all the time!!
