Clancy

Clancy is Happy! He is out of the kennel he has been in for a month. What a character, he looks old, but he acts like a youngster.The shelter thinks he is about 9 years old. He is super friendly, very social with a tail that never stops wagging! He is quiet when left alone but loves company. We are going to clean him up and get him neutered.

Oscar

Oscar just arrived here at Muttville, and so far, he is a little dream boy...loves to be held, no barking and no marking! He loves to give kisses and is submissive with the other dogs here.

Gatsby

Who wouldn't want to wake up and see that happy face? Gatsby is a wonderful and mellow older girl. She was picked up on the streets in Oakland and nobody came for her. She is a darling, a shelter favorite. She is searching for a place to call home in her golden years, can you help this baby girl. She doesn't ask for much and she will give so much in return.

Max

Our Sweet little Max, he is so gentle and calm. He would love a nice calm environment with someone that can care for him in his golden years. He sleeps a lot, but when he is up he loves to be held or have his tummy rubbed. He is about 10 years old but seems to have had a hard life. Please think aobut opening up your heart and home to this little guy!

Tia

What a sweet heart, a shy and affectionate little girl. She is a joy to be around and she doesn't ask for much...just some lovin'-- she is good with cats and other dogs. She is active and inquisitive, likes a nice walk and is great on and off leash.

Daisy Do

Daisy Do is such a cute and sweet little girl. Right now, Daisy is blind, but she may see soon...she will be having cataract surgery, Thank you Dr. Lipton and a very special donor, they are making this possible. We know she is worth it.

Miss Emily

Emily is an older German Shepard who was found sleeping at McLaren Park. It is assumed she was dumped there. She is an absolute angel. She is thought to be about 8 yrs old and she is in good health. She may not have 100% of her hearing but she does respond well and she is very warm and loving. She is housebroken, well socialized with people and dogs and an all around sweet tempered girl. She is looking for a quiet place to live out her senior years in comfort.

Bailey

A real love cup. soulful eyes, gentle, an angel! She is not a barker and is housetrained , though she does have some accidents. She is great with all the dogs here and everyone on the street that she meets. She is just happy for the attention!

Goofy

Muttville's eldest resident (16 or 17 years). Super loving. He has a sparkle in his eye and a spring in his step. Possibly a bed hog. Tolerant of other dogs but would rather not share the spotlight at this point. Muttville is looking for a special adopter who is prepared to love him to the fullest, while understanding that he is entering the last, and hopefully best chapter of his life.

Ava

We named her Ava, she is so beautiful and soulful. Ava was picked up as a stray in SF. She is so sweet and so gentle. Ava has great house manners, housetrained and gets along with just about everyone.
