Leela may be one of the tiniest Chihuahuas around, but don’t let her size fool you! She is all personality and will let you know exactly what’s on her mind. We may never know how this precious girl wound up as a stray, but we can tell she’s full of love! Leela wants to be the queen bee of your home, getting all your attention to herself! Leela absolutely loves her daily walks and meeting new people.
