Little Latte was very very scared but we can all tell that she just needs a special touch! Latte was living on the streets in Oakland for a long time and now needs a home to give her all the love she has never had!
We think she is probably younger than 7 years old but we couldn’t turn her away. She is a tiny delicate flower that will blossom in the right home. She weighs 4 pounds, has the cutest perky ears and loves her meals and treats! she has also shown that she LOVES to play with other little dogs, too.
