Kipsy, a floppy eared, scruffy little guy, has loads of energy. He’s one bouncy guy, full of fun. Kipsey is around 10 pounds and loves other dogs. This 8 year old is affectionate, very easy going, and loveable. Can you honestly resist a smile like that (not to mention those ears!)?
