Meet Joey! This sweet girl comes to us from San Jose, where she was found as a stray by a Good Samaritan. Despite all the recent changes in her life, Joey could not be any sweeter! She runs around Muttville with a huge smile on her face and a wagging tail. She loves everyone she meets and is a total social-butterfly. Joey puts a smile on everyone’s face and we know she’ll make a wonderful companion.
What we love about Joey: She is very dog-friendly. She loves going for walks. She has lots of pep in her step and an awesome outlook on life!
What Joey’s fosters love about Joey:
Joey is a very sweet dog and appears very adaptable in new environments. I brought her home on a bus and she was calm and quiet for the entire rather bumpy, crowded ride. She seems very friendly and trusting with humans. When we’re at home doing chores, she follows us around and when we’re on the computer or reading, she sits quietly or naps. She is also very up for taking walks and has a great stride. We’ve taken her on several walks, ranging in length from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. She never seems to tire. In the short time we had her, she only peed once. Joey is really a charmer and easy going. We love her and will miss her very much when she leaves us.
Joey is 9 years young and weighs 14 pounds.
