Jammy is her name, and sweet like jam she is! This 8-10 year old Norwich terrier mix was abandoned at the Martinez shelter by her previous guardian, who she was with her entire life. Not only did they abandon her, but they abandoned her with a life threatening condition, which they couldn’t have possibly missed.
As soon as she arrived at Muttville, she was struggling to urinate; only drops of blood came out. She was in obvious pain, so we took her to the vet right away. The vet found out that Jammy had a bladder stone the size of an adult fist. Jammy went in for surgery right away. Jammy is now a happy, healthy girl, living her life the way she should be.
She is a real love! Jammy is a kisser, a snuggler and a sidekick. She is about 20 pounds and has plenty of energy. We think she would be happy in just about any home.
