Harper stole our heart! He’s an energetic, happy boy.

It seems that he had a rough time of it before he came to Muttville, but now he’s learning how to live the good life.

Harper is great with other dogs, loves to cuddle and is often caught being adorable. As you can see from his photo – he’s a looker!
