George

George

Beagle/Lab/Rat Terrier mix
Male
Medium (20-50 lbs)
Status: Adopted

This handsome gentleman was rescued from Oakland Animal Services. He came in as a stray, so not much is known about his past. His breed mix is also a mystery—but he’s definitely part Terrier, with some hound and possibly a little Lab thrown in. He is 9 years old, and he weighs 35 pounds. He is mostly black with white on his chest, paws and face (he also has one distinctive white dot on his back), and he also has cauliflower ears.

He likes other dogs, is keenly interested in cats (and has been swatted a few times if he gets too close), kids, adults—everyone he meets! He likes to go for walks, although he looks a little funny in his back legs when he runs. We’ve been calling him George, but you are welcome to name him whatever you want!

He’s a sweet, easy-going boy who is just looking for love! If you are interested in this fine fellow, please email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
