Frannie

Frannie is just the nicest girl you’ll ever meet. She was a service dog until her owner couldn’t take care of her any longer and she ended up in the shelter, poor girl. Frannie is a very special lady with a beautiful white muzzle and a perpetually wagging tail. This sweet gal is about 11 years old, but has a nice pep to her step and is housetrained. She gets along well with everyone, dogs, cats and people, and will charm you with her sweet manner.
