Dawn is a precious little gal who comes to us all the way from Merced.
She may come off as shy at first, but she warms up to new people very quickly and is a trusting girl. We don’t know much about Dawn’s previous home life, but this girl clearly has lots of love to give. She is fairly mellow and loves to lounge on a cozy bed, but is also up for going for walks and exploring. Dawn is also great with dogs of all sizes! This darling senior girl is proof that great things come in small packages!
Dawn is 12 years young and weighs 12 pounds.

Dawn is an affectionate, chill, spunky bundle of joy. She really enjoys cuddling, going for walks and chewing bones. She will chill in her doggie bed and chew Bully Stick Bites for hours. Dawn takes her meds easy, she’s house broken and loves walks, even longer ones with Falcor (high energy pup). She’s an awesome dog, full of life! It’s really hard to believe she’s 12 years old.She’s very mellow in the house, but has a ton of energy when we go for walks. She’s been fantastic with Falcor, tolerating his pushiness when getting attention, does great with the neighborhood dogs as well. She seemed a little scared of the cats at first but indifferent to them now. Her house-training is good, only one accident on the first day. On the bed she cuddles right up next to me and falls asleep. She’s just the cutest little thing.
