Most delicate quiet, sweet little one, can’t imagine how he could have ended up on the street, dirty and matted…. Thanks to a good samaritan, Muttville heard about him and now Chance is here waiting for a loving home…. he is a petite maltese at about 6 pounds. Quiet and just happy to feel the love here, we are sure he will blossom once given the CHANCE to.
