Casper is such a survivor, this little beagle mix lost his home and lost his eye but not his waggy tail!!
He is just happy to be out of the shelter in Bakersfield and into a foster home!
We think he is 8 years old, he is a good pooch, loves his walks and going for car adventures, too.
He LOVES to go for walks and is houestrained.
He is OK with other dogs but prefers humans for companionship! He will make you laugh and be a great best friend!
