Bim is a male, neutered poodle mix about 27 pounds. Bim is very friendly and sweet, cat and dog friendly, loves attention. He has been hyper all his life and even now he is full of energy for his age. He loves people and gets along well with other dogs. He has been going to daycare for the last couple of years and gets boarded when I travel with no problems. He has never been around small children much, so should probably not go to a home with them. He has some health problems: cataracts, arthritis in his front legs (he limps), and very mild epilepsy. Between his poor eyesight and the leg problems, his mobility is limited. He is perfectly fine at home and walking around a block or two, but long walks outside or park/beach trips are probably no longer for him. He’s had a few small seizures (none longer that 10-15 seconds) a few years ago and was diagnosed with epilepsy, but at this point he takes one daily medication and has not had a seizure in about two years.

I would gladly cover all of Bim’s veterinary expenses, grooming (he needs a haircut about every 3 months), and food if he goes to another home.
