Silly Billy will wiggle his way into your lap and heart as soon as you meet him! We may not know why he was surrendered to the local shelter, but we can tell he’s friendly little dude who brightens up every room that he enters! Billy is on the petite side but that doesn’t stop him from romping around with his doggie buddies and going on outdoor adventures.
We think Billy is around 8 years young, weighing less than 10 lbs.
