Sweet Miss Kali will melt your heart! This leggy little Italian Greyhound will stay hitched to your side at all times. Why? Because she loves you! Show her just the smallest bit of kindness or affection (or maybe give her a treat) and she is yours for life!
Although Kali is now in her golden years – we think she’s around 8 or 9 – and can nap with the best of them, she’s still spry, active and loves to play with toys and other dogs!!
Because her eyesight is not what it once was, she can be hesitant in moving forward and requires some gentle coaxing from her human. She goes up and down stairs very well, but needs supervision and encouragement while doing so. Walking on a leash is a new for her, but regular visits to the park do her well, as long as the environment isn’t too chaotic. But if she’s with you, it doesn’t really matter to her where she is.
Like most dogs, Kali would prefer to have someone home with her, but she seems OK with being left alone. Kali is a very happy girl. If you feel your home could benefit from a gentle soul who will be happy each and every time she sees your face, consider making it Kali’s forever.
