Kobe and Chuy are special babies. When I saw these two sweet ones in the kennel at the animal shelter, my heart broke for them. Kobe, the gorgeous blind chocolate lab was laying with her head hung low and Chuy, her protector was watching everything that was happening, laying there scared. These two were dumped at the shelter through no fault of their own and are very quiet, loving dogs. They just need a place to call home and someone special to watch over them for a change.

Kobe is blind and is on insulin for diabetes, she is really easy to treat. Chuy just needs to know that you care for him and won’t hurt him. They both give gentle kisses once they know you. They sleep together and love human affection. They’re total cuddlers!

Chuy is about 10 yrs young and 7 pounds and Kobe is about 9 years old and weighs around 45 pounds. Muttville would like a home where these two can spend their time together…..

Kobe and Chuy are local celebrities! Check out this article written about them on Dogster.com!

We recently separated the two babies, Chuy was getting a little too protective with Kobe. We did this on a trial basis to see how they would be apart.

Well, they both actually seemed happier and we also realized they would get adopted easier and be in a new home of their own.

We’re delighted to report that Kobe 1777 is currently in a loving and caring home. Thanks to all the wonderful friends of Muttville who helped to make this happen.
