We have so many Kern County Doggies, all of them need spay and neuter!

Kern County is a a nightmare for dogs, they get 400 a week at the shelter.
And the ones we take, the seniors dogs, none seem to be spayed or neutered.
This is a crime. This is the reason we need mandatory spay and neuter. Until this happens we are just putting a finger in the dam. It’s not the dogs’ fault, but they are the ones that pay. We got 5 new dogs, all of them so sweet and on their way to euthanasia-they all needed s/n and other major surgeries. Muttville is lucky to have some wonderful vets that keep our costs low but we can’t save them all. Check them out, Edie,Django, Teddy and Tamara and Devo!
